GlobalGather Annual Gala
For 33 years, Americana Community Center has stood as a beacon for refugees, immigrants, and underserved neighbors in Louisville. We often hear the phrase E Pluribus Unum—"Out of many, one." But true community isn’t about blending in or losing who you are; it’s about bringing your distinct story, culture, and individual strengths to the table.
Community Fundraiser
Thanks to our guests, sponsors, and student volunteers who made this year’s GlobalGather Gala unforgettable, raising $32,685 — a remarkable jump from last year!
Silent Auction
Our silent auction rasised $9,000 with big ticket items like a paid trip to Mexico from Pacific Auctions and a gourmet dinner for 10 at Maya Café.
Cultural Dinner
Compliments to the chefs at M Venue for their fully catered dinner featuring mexican cusine, with desserts from Sweet Havana.
At GlobalGather 2026, we are turning our lens inward to celebrate the uniqueness of one.
When an individual receives the support, education, and resources needed to move from surviving to thriving, our entire city transforms. Every person who walks through our doors adds a crucial thread to the rich tapestry of our shared home. Join us as we honor 30 years of empowering individual potential to create a stronger, more vibrant collective.
