Partner Programs
Americana Community Center partners with other organizations in the community to further our mission of building strong families and safe community so that all may reach their potential. These partners enable us to provide many vital services to the neighborhood at our center.
Our mission is to provide residents of Louisville and Jefferson County access to high quality primary and preventive health care services without regard to the ability to pay. We recognize the important role that culture plays in our health and have developed the Americana Clinic as an extension of our mission, as we strive to provide for the diverse health care needs of Louisville’s immigrants and refugees.
We accept insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and passport. If you do not have insurance, payment will be based on your income and family size to make services affordable. We provide our patients with interpreters by phone or in person for each appointment. Please let the receptionist know what language you will need when scheduling your appointment.
We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Call to make appointment 502-772-8860
You can find us at 4805 Southside Drive, Louisville, KY 40214, right next to Americana Community Center.
